Fans of the History Channel's Pawn Stars were given quite the surprise when news and photos that were released following rumors of Chumlee weight loss. Chumlee, one of the stars of the popular reality TV show, is known for his laid-back behavior. And his recent transformation surprised many fans.

Life was rather difficult for the celebrity star after months of controversy. But things were looking up to him as Chumlee weight loss became the talk of the town. And within just months, he managed to drop almost 200 pounds that gave him a major transformation.

Fans were left wondering how he was able to achieve his goal. And while many were discussing rumors of surgeries and the like, Austin Russel aka Chumlee was more than happy to reveal his strict diet plan for public knowledge.

MONDAY:

Breakfast: Vegetable and Juice Smoothie (Kale, Pineapple, carrot, apple), 30 grams of Liquid Egg Whites topped with Organic Salsa

Snack: Handful of Almonds, 2 Garcinia Cambogia Pills

Lunch: ¼ Lb of Ground Turkey, ½ Cup Brown Rice, Steamed Broccoli, Topped with Hot Sauce

Late Afternoon Snack: 2 tbsp Raw Almond Butter, Whey Protein Shake

Dinner: 2 Pieces of Tilapia with 2 cups Steamed Veggies

TUESDAY
